The foreigners, who have come for a short stay from the EU countries, should submit their personal identification document and the European health insurance card (EHIC) while addressing the PHC institution regarding the necessary aid.
The foreigners, who have come for a short stay not from the EU countries, should submit the personal identification document and the agreement, concluded with the Insurance company, while addressing the PHC institution regarding the necessary help.
The foreigners, who work in Lithuania, should submit their personal identification number and social insurance certificate.
